| Design Altering Policy: All embroidery designs are sold as is and we guarantee a wonderful stitch-out and finished design. If you alter a design (i.e. resize, crop, edit etc) we can not guarantee that the design will stitch with the original integrity. You may edit our designs - within reason! All designs are manually digitized and a \"labor of love\" and we do not want to see them distorted. :-)
Copyright Policy: The embroidery designs distributed by HeartStrings Embroidery, The Embroidery Name Library or the PrimiStitch Club have been digitized by S.M. Hutchins. All rights to the embroidery designs remain with the original digitizer.
The embroidery designs may be stitched on items to keep, to give as gifts or to sell. The rights to the embroidery designs themselves remain with the designer and digitizer and may not be sold, given away or transferred to another party or person, nor may the designs be re-sold in any form or in any collection. Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these designs is a violation of copyright law and is punishable. All artwork and/or fontwork rights remain with the original author.
